Text My Mentor provides automated and/or AI-assisted text-based guidance, accountability, reflection prompts, and motivational messaging delivered primarily via SMS or similar messaging channels.

The Service is designed for general self-development and accountability purposes only.

3. No Professional, Medical, or Mental Health Advice

Text My Mentor does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Messages are not a substitute for professional advice
• The Service is not a crisis support or emergency service
• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and well-being

If you are experiencing emotional distress, thoughts of self-harm, or a mental health emergency:

• In the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Door 24 Technologies LLC disclaims all liability for outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

The Service costs $19.95 every 4 weeks

Billing recurs automatically unless canceled

You may cancel at any time through your account or by following the cancellation instructions provided

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current cycle.

We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

5. Communications Consent (SMS & Email)

By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive:

• Service-related messages
• Account notifications
• Subscription and billing communications
• Optional promotional or informational messages

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by following opt-out instructions (e.g., replying "STOP").

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Abuse, harass, or exploit the system
• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of messages and content you submit. By using the Service, you grant Door 24 Technologies LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

Text My Mentor may rely on third-party providers (e.g., SMS platforms, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, or outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Door 24 Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Door 24 Technologies LLC from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Door 24 Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
